In 1963 John F. Kennedy sent a memo that requested that the CIA release UFO files of importance. Only ten days after sending the top secret memo President JFK was assassinated in what is still greatly debated as one of the biggest conspiracies of all time. The Memorandum was sent to the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency at the time, although he never got to see his request fulfilled.
